Job Summary

Remote Collections Representative is a part-time position responsible for calling consumers to secure payments on past due accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in 1st or 3rd party collections preferred
• Access to high-speed internet with a hard-wired connection
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform duties with a positive attitude
