Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Remote Collections Representative, seeking a full-time remote individual to manage consumer communications regarding unpaid accounts, maintain accurate records, and assist delinquent consumers in resolving payment obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
• Maintain accurate account updates and perform skip tracing to locate consumer contact information
• Comply with applicable laws and company policies while providing feedback for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in commercial collections is required
• Ability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm
• Stable work history and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screening
