Job Summary

Seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls regarding past due accounts while securing payments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and accept incoming calls to address past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are overdue
• Maintain a professional demeanor while negotiating and providing customer service

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in commercial collections or skip tracing
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Strong professional phone etiquette and negotiating skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exchange accurate information effectively
