Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to secure payments on past due accounts while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service during interactions

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of previous call center experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
