Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals, the part-time hourly Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls regarding past due accounts and secure payments while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and handle incoming calls related to overdue accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Monitor rent collections and manage delinquencies effectively

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of previous experience in property management
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Professional phone etiquette and strong negotiating skills
• Experience in monitoring rent collections and managing delinquencies
