Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Seeking ambitious individuals, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will manage consumer calls to secure payments on past due accounts while ensuring compliance with collections laws and company policies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
• Ensure all work complies with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service during interactions

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in 1st or 3rd party collections, with preference for Department of Revenue experience
• Access to high-speed internet with a hard-wired connection
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
