Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Calling motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage consumer calls to secure payments on past due accounts while ensuring compliance with collections laws, working from home preferably in the MST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and payment arrangements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet with a minimum of 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
