Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Customer Solutions Representative - Collector will proactively manage outbound and inbound calls to assist customers with their auto loan accounts, resolving payment issues while providing exceptional service.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls to assist customers with late or missed payments
• Negotiate payment arrangements and understand reasons for delinquency
• Document all interactions and maintain professionalism while meeting performance standards

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Experience in financial services or a related industry preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
