Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Seeking ambitious individuals, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls regarding past due accounts and secure payments while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and accept incoming calls related to past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of previous call center experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
