Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Seeking ambitious individuals, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls regarding past due accounts, securing payments while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and handle incoming calls related to past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service during interactions

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in commercial collections or skip tracing
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Professional phone etiquette and strong negotiating skills
• Ability to effectively exchange accurate information over the phone
