Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past-due accounts while providing top-tier customer support, all from a remote location within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
• Deliver exceptional customer support and service
• Participate in a mandatory 5-week virtual training program

Required qualifications

• Prior customer service and collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience using multiple software applications
• Ability to work remotely with a designated quiet workspace and a reliable wired internet connection
• Must be 18 years or older
