Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing exceptional customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
• Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
• Participate in mandatory virtual training for five weeks, Monday through Friday

Required qualifications

• Prior customer service and collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum age of 18
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience in a call center environment
• Ability to work in a designated home-based workspace with a reliable wired internet connection
• Adaptability to AI-enabled tools and evolving workflows
