Seeking ambitious individuals, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively over the phone

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet with a hard-wired connection
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask effectively
