Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Seeking ambitious individuals, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage calls to secure payments on past due student loan accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Call consumers to collect payments on overdue student loans
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections regulations
• Maintain accurate records and effectively communicate information over the phone

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in Tuition or Private Student Loan Collections
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Professional phone etiquette and strong negotiating skills
• Access to high-speed internet with specified minimum requirements
