Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain confidentiality and effectively exchange accurate information over the phone

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet with specific connection requirements
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
