Job Summary
Seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals, the Remote Collections Representative will work from home, primarily in the MST time zone, managing calls to secure payments on past due accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
- Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service during interactions
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Access to high-speed internet with a hard-wired connection
- FDCPA knowledge preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for 95% of the time
