To support a thriving team, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls regarding past due accounts, securing payments while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and accept incoming calls related to past due accounts
- Secure payments on accounts that are past due
- Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate debtors and facilitate collections
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of B2B collections experience
- Previous skip tracing experience
- Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
- Professional phone etiquette and strong negotiating skills
