Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts, provide account updates, and perform skip tracing in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
• Provide accurate account updates and maintain computer files for each interaction
• Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and assist delinquent consumers in meeting payment obligations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in commercial collections is required
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations is helpful
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and pass pre-employment background checks
• Available to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
