Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will manage consumer communications regarding unpaid accounts, provide accurate account updates, and perform skip tracing while working from home in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicating with consumers by telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
• Providing thorough and accurate updates on account files for each interaction
• Conducting skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and counseling consumers on payment obligations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in commercial collections is required
• Ability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
• Stable work history with a proven record of accomplishments
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
