Seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls regarding past due accounts while securing payments and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and accept incoming calls related to past due accounts
• Secure payments on overdue accounts while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate and communicate with clients effectively

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of B2B collections experience
• Previous skip tracing experience
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Professional phone etiquette and strong negotiating skills
