Remote Collections Representative
Job Summary
Seeking motivated individuals, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will manage consumer communications, provide account updates, and assist in resolving unpaid accounts while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with consumers via telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
- Update computer files accurately for each call made or received, ensuring thorough documentation
- Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and counsel delinquent consumers on payment options
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in commercial collections is necessary
- Ability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
- Stable work history with a proven record of accomplishments
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
