Job Summary
Seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
- Ensure all work complies with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
- Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service during interactions
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Access to high-speed internet with a minimum of 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload
- Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for 95% of the time
