Job Summary

To support a thriving team, the Remote Collections Representative will engage with consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts
• Ensure all work complies with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service during interactions

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet with specific connection requirements
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to remain stationary for 95% of the time while effectively exchanging information over the phone
