Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls regarding past due accounts and secure payments while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and handle incoming calls related to past due accounts
• Secure payments on overdue accounts through effective communication
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service during interactions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of previous call center experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
