A company is looking for a Remote Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients' patients while accurately recording their information
• Assist with account resolution by communicating account information, offering solutions, and establishing payment arrangements
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while meeting individual metrics

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must have a quiet and private workspace for remote work
• High-speed internet connection with the ability to hardwire via ethernet
• Must reside in one of the specified states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA
• Technical requirements must be met prior to the first day of training
• No specific degree required; experience in collections or customer service preferred
