A company is looking for a Virtual Collections Specialist to provide customer service and assist with account resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers
• Assist with account resolution by communicating account information and establishing payment arrangements
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls

Required Qualifications

• Must have a quiet and private workspace
• High-speed internet with the ability to hardwire via ethernet
• Must reside in one of the specified states: FL, MO, SC, TX, or VA
• Must meet all technical requirements prior to the first day of training
• Entry-level position with no specific prior experience required
