Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collector for the EST/CST zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts via telephone and written correspondence
• Update account information accurately on computer files and perform skip tracing for consumer contact information
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies while providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements
