Key Responsibilities

• Collect past due accounts across multiple lines of business
• Correct billing errors while maintaining client account integrity
• Handle account cleansing tasks including payment application and reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience, preferably in collections or account management
• Proven time management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills; experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Must pass a credit review due to handling sensitive financial data
