Remote Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Collections Specialist will manage client accounts by addressing inquiries, improving collections through active communication, and maintaining accurate records while working from home.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with account resolution by offering solutions and establishing payment arrangements
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while documenting all interactions in the collection system
• Maintain assigned productivity standards and comply with relevant regulations in the collection industry

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment focused on customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively with clients and customers to meet their needs
