Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Collections Specialist will manage client inquiries, improve account collections through effective communication, and maintain accurate records while working from home.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while documenting all interactions in the collection system
• Assist with account resolution by offering solutions and establishing payment arrangements
• Maintain assigned productivity and performance standards consistently

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment focused on customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Proven track record of strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work from home with a quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection
