Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Account Resolution Specialist will assist clients' customers with account inquiries, improve collections through effective communication, and maintain accurate records while working from home.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while documenting interactions in the collection system
- Facilitate account resolution by communicating account details, offering payment solutions, and establishing arrangements
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the collection industry, including FDCPA and HIPAA
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment focused on customer service, billing, or collections
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Proven negotiation and troubleshooting skills
- Strong critical thinking abilities
