Job Summary

Detail-oriented and solution-driven, the full-time Remote Collections Specialist will manage client accounts by addressing inquiries, improving collections through effective communication, and maintaining accurate records while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers while accurately documenting account information
• Assist with account resolution by offering solutions and establishing payment arrangements through high volumes of calls
• Maintain productivity and performance standards while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment focused on customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills
