Job Summary

Detail-oriented and driven, the full-time Remote Collections Specialist will manage client accounts by addressing inquiries, improving collections through effective communication, and maintaining accurate records while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers while accurately documenting account information
• Assist with account resolution by communicating account details, offering solutions, and establishing payment arrangements
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while meeting individual performance metrics

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment focused on customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Proven track record of strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and assess customer needs
