Job Summary

Detail-oriented and solution-driven, the full-time Remote Account Resolution Specialist will manage client inquiries and concerns, improve collections through effective communication, and maintain accurate records while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients' patients and accurately record their information
  • Assist with account resolution by communicating account details, offering solutions, and establishing payment arrangements
  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while meeting individual performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment focused on customer service, billing, or collections
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
  • Strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to meet technical requirements for remote work, including a hardwired internet connection
