Job Summary

To support consumers in resolving their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Collections Specialist will engage in high-volume inbound and outbound calls, offering payment solutions and documenting interactions while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist consumers in understanding their accounts and provide payment options
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while accurately documenting interactions
• Achieve performance goals with ongoing support and coaching

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to build trust and navigate sensitive conversations
• A reliable and detail-oriented work style
• Must reside in FL, MO, SC, or VA, with a suitable home office setup
