Remote Collections Specialist

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing team, the fully remote Collections Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect payments for medical and non-medical accounts while adhering to applicable laws and utilizing customer service skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to perform collections activities professionally
• Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to achieve positive payment results
• Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations during collection processes

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service role
• Ability to accurately enter and update data in company/client systems
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as required
