Remote Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking Remote Collections Specialists, the full-time position will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect payments for medical and non-medical accounts while adhering to relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally to perform collections activities
• Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to achieve positive collection results
• Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws during collection processes

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service role
• Ability to accurately enter and update data in company or client systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as needed
