Job Summary
A business services provider is filling a position for a Remote Collections Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the coordination of collection activities for designated accounts
- Determining and initiating appropriate action to resolve denied/rejected invoices
- Reviewing EOPs/EOBs/RAs/EOMBs for accuracy of patient responsibility
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED; or two-three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
- Focus on Collections experience in the healthcare industry
- Microsoft Office Applications – intermediate skills
