Job Summary

A chronic care management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Collections Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Auditing charts to verify documentation, such as the assignment of benefits, letters of medical necessity, authorization and other required documents.
• Performing manual or electronic processing of reimbursement claims
• Handling customer and insurance questions concerning account activity

Required Skills:

• Two year experience in collections
• Computer literate and knowledge of USS program is a plus
• Previous Management/Supervisor or Lead experience
• Experience in healthcare, medical and/or HME industry (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
