Remote Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A recruiting software provider has an open position for a Remote Collections Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting weekly account reviews with credit control specialists to identify key accounts
• Consulting and advising management of key accounts regarding the account status and escalations
• Identifying accounts that are uncollectible, inform management of risks of lost revenue or other anomalies

Required Skills:

• 2 to 3 years of accounts receivable and collections experience
• Strong Excel and/or Google sheet experience
• Proven track record of successfully identifying risks and reducing AR aging balance
• Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions
• Good negotiation skills
