Job Summary

A company that provides market-leading service business software is in need of a Remote Collections Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Owning the collections process for the company
Performing routine analysis on past-due accounts and make suggestions to reduce aged accounts receivables
Answering all account questions and deliver support to customers

Qualifications for this position include:

Working knowledge of Excel
Top-notch communication skills
Extremely detail oriented
Consistently delivering results “the right way” both personally and professionally
Clear, direct and empathetic communication in both one-on-one and team settings
Willingness to be part of a team…cooperating with others to get the right answers quickly
