Job Summary
A company that provides market-leading service business software is in need of a Remote Collections Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning the collections process for the company
- Performing routine analysis on past-due accounts and make suggestions to reduce aged accounts receivables
- Answering all account questions and deliver support to customers
