A healthcare business and operations provider is in need of a Remote Collections Specialist in Federal Way.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing collection follow up on delinquent and/or non-delinquent accounts
- Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
- Identifying problem accounts and escalating as appropriate
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work with patients and guarantors to secure payment
- Ability to maintain minimum production and quality standards
- Ability to achieve passing quality review scores per unit requirements
- Ability to attend Privacy and Security Training
