Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Collections Specialist in Gulfport.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties
- Updating the patient account record
- Providing excellent customer service
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to perform collection follow up on accounts for medical facilities
- Ability to identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
- Ability to maintain minimum production standards
- Ability to produce acceptable unit collection volumes
- Ability to work within company attendance guidelines
