A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Collections Specialist in Knoxville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
• Identifying problem accounts and escalating as appropriate
• Updating the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account
