Job Summary

A healthcare business and operations provider is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist in Schaumburg.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
• Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
• Update the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account

Qualifications Include:

• High School or GED preferred
• Must include resume for consideration
• Must aAchieve passing quality review scores per unit requirements
• Must produce acceptable unit collection volumes
• Experience with providing excellent customer service preferred
• Ability to work within company attendance guidelines
