Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Collections Specialist in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Functioning in a face paced goal-oriented department by reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Providing all account receivable, customer service, and collections efforts for assigned portfolio
- Researching unidentified payments for proper posting or return to the payer
Skills and Requirements Include:
- This role is currently 100% remote and will switch back to office environment when COVID-19 ramps down
- 3 to 5 years of high volume collections experience
- SAP ERP experience with collections
- Organized with work flow to perform daily tasks
- Experience in researching in various billing systems
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
