A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Collections Specialist in West Chester Township.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Processing and applying payments via check or credit card
• Processing credit card reversals, refunds and declines
• Interacting with members over the phone with questions regarding their balance

Required Skills:

• Must be located in the West Chester, Ohio area due to first 90 days of on-site training
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Ability to meet production and quality metrics
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using multiple computer systems simultaneously
