Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Collections Strategy Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support client integrations by generating custom reporting
- Generate actionable insights by using behavioral analytics to understand root causes of problems and issues
- Develop data visualizations to communicate trends on Consumer Engagement, Payment behaviors, and System effectiveness
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fluency in SQL, along with strong proficiency in data visualization and storytelling
- Experience in Financial Services industry--with major bonus points if in the first party debt collections space
- A minimum of 3 years of experience using quantitative data analysis to solve problems and drive performance
- Ability to perform deep analyses, and turn raw data into useful information and actionable insights
- Demonstrated pattern of being analytically curious
- Strong interpersonal skills
