Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Collections Supervisor in Los Angeles.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing all tickets that fall overdue, assist team members with getting ticket to resolution satisfactory to the user
- Processing daily collection reports for review by the Director
- Overseeing and managing CSAT feedback, advise team members on how to improve scores for future issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years of call center management experience, with at least 2 years supervising or managing a remote team
- Comfortable learning complex systems to ensure payments are accurately reflected in all respective systems
- Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment
