Job Summary
A financial technology service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Collections Support 2.
Must be able to:
- Contact past due customers to understand the customer’s circumstances
- Analyze funded credit risk through the general maintenance of existing customers
- Communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Working knowledge of FDCPA and any other applicable Federal laws
- Basic accounting knowledge
